| "Post Buyer Ads Form" |
means a form which was duly filled up and submitted by a prospective buyer to post his/her advertisement on this Site. Also stated as Post Buyer Ads. You must be a member to proceed. |
| "Post Seller Ads Form" |
means a form which was duly filled up and submitted by a prospective seller to post his/her advertisement on this Site. Also stated as Post Seller Ads. You must be a member to proceed. |
| "Auto Notified" |
means ads alert. OhIget provide a service to auto alert if any ads match to his/her matching criteria. We separate it to "Auto Notified Seller Ads" and "Auto Notified Buyer Ads" |
| "Contact" |
means any contact information provided in the ads. |
| "My Account" |
means membership account opened and registered by user on the Site. |
| "OhIget Classified" |
means a classified service provide by Ohiget Sdn Bhd, a private limited company registered under the laws of Malaysia. |

OhIget Classified User Registration Policy
OhIget Classified Definition List shall form part of this Policy. Please refer to OhIget Classified Definition List for explanation of the meaning of certain words below.
This Policy is incorporated into and form part of OhIget Classified User Agreement.
By registering with us, you are deemed to have to agree to obey this Policy:
1. We do not encourage you to sign up multiple new accounts. We do not allow any user to simply create new account, if they already have an account with us.
2. All the information provided by you as Member must be complete, valid genuine and accurate.
3. All information registered in this Site will not be removed from our database server, even if you decided to terminate your account. Data clearing on database will be on dicision of OhIget.com.
4. We do not simply suspend your account unless we find that you have violated our registration policy or any of our policies.
5. We may amend this Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. All amended terms automatically take effect 14 days after they are initially posted on the Site.
6. We may suspend you from using our service, if we find that you have violated any terms of this Policy.

By using our services, you are deemed to have agreed to obey this Policy:
1. Overview -
1.1 This Policy describes how we handle your personal information for our services on the OhIget websites. It applies generally to the classified.ohiget.com website ("the Site"). Some OhIget-branded websites or websites we operate may be governed by separate privacy policies. The policy that applies on any of our domains or subdomains is always the policy that appears in the footer of each website. Should you have any queries, please contact us at service@ohiget.com
1.2 By visiting the Site you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree please do not use or access our Site.
1.3 This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and form part of OhIget Classified User Agreement. This Privacy Policy describes the information, as part of the normal operation of our services, what we collect from you and what may happen to that information.
1.4 By accepting this Privacy Policy and/or OhIget Classified User Agreement by submitting the Buyer Ads Form and/or Seller Ads Form, you expressly consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is effective upon you using our service.
2. A Special Note About Children -
Children (persons under the age of 18) are not eligible to use the Sites unsupervised and we ask that children do not submit any personal information to us. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use this Site in conjunction with and under the supervision of your parents or guardians.
3. Collection -
You can browse the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Once you give us your personal information, you are not anonymous to us. If you choose to provide us with personal information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information to our servers located in the Malaysia.
We may collect and store the following personal information:
email address, physical contact information, and (depending on the service used) sometimes financial information, such as credit card or bank account numbers, if required;
transactional information based on your activities on the Site (such as buying, selling, item and content you generate or that relates to your account);
shipping, billing and other information you provide to purchase or ship an item, if applicable;
community discussions, chats, dispute resolution, correspondence through the Site, and correspondence sent to us;
computer sign-on data, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the Sites, relevant statistic, and ad data;
other information as we deemed fit, including IP address, URL that you just come from and you next go to (whether the URL is on the Site or not), you computer browser information and standard web log information, and
supplemental information from third parties. (For example, if you incur a debt to us, we will generally conduct a credit check by obtaining additional information about you from a credit bureau, as permitted by law. As another example, if the information you provide cannot be verified, we may ask you to send us additional information (such as your driver license, credit card statement, and/or a recent utility bill or other information confirming your address), or to answer additional questions online to help verify your information.)
4. Authorization -
By using our posting service and providing us your information, you have expressly and irrevocably authorized and allowed us to disclose all the information provided by you for all user to view EXCEPT your Contact (as defined in OhIget Classified Definition List). You have also hereby expressly, irrevocably authorized and allowed us to sell your Contact in whatsoever manner as we deem fit (we are entitled to the profit and you shall not, and have no right to, claim for the same) to Seller who may help to fulfill your request.
5. Third Parties -
Except as otherwise expressly included in this Policy, this document addresses only the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. If you disclose your information to others, whether they are Buyers, or Sellers on our Site or other sites throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. Since OhIget Classified does not control the privacy policies of third parties, you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to others.
6. Use -
Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. You agree that we may use your personal information to:
fulfill Clause 4 above;
provide the services and customer support you request;
contact you, resolve disputes, collect fees, to promote safe trading and troubleshoot problems;
prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and enforce our User Agreement;
customize, measure, and improve our services and the Sites' content and layout;
tell you about the Buyer Ads or Seller Ads (relevant to your industry and preference elected in your OhIget Classified Account), targeted marketing, service updates, and promotional offers based on your communication preferences; and compare information for accuracy, and verify it with third parties.
7. Our Disclosure of Your Information -
7.1 We may disclose your personal information to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies or other content violates the rights of others, or protect anyone's rights, property, or safety.
7.2 We may also share your personal information with:
Seller mentioned in Clause 4 above.
members of our corporate family to help detect and prevent potentially illegal acts and provide joint services; (Our corporate affiliates will market only to users who request these services.)
service providers under contract who help with our business operations; (such as fraud investigations, bill collection, affiliate and rewards programs and co-branded credit cards)
other third parties to whom you explicitly ask us to send your information; (or about whom you are otherwise explicitly notified and consent to when using a specific service)
advertiser or third party, we aggregate (gather up data across all user accounts) personal information and disclose such information in a non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other third parties for their marketing and promotional purposes. However, in these situations, we do not disclose to these entities any information that could be used to identify you personally. Certain information, such as your name, email address, password, credit card number, and bank account number, are not disclosed to these third parties in a personally identifiable manner without your consent.
law enforcement or other governmental officials, in response to a verified request relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity; (In such events we will disclose name, city, state, telephone number, email address, User ID history, fraud complaints, and posting history.)
other third parties, as we in our sole discretion believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity; (In such events we will disclose name, street address, city, state, zip code, country, phone number, email, and company name.) and

7.3 Due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose personal information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, or users may abuse or misuse your personal information that they collect from the Site. Therefore, although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will always remain private.
8. Using Information from the Site -
8.1 Our Site enable you to share personal and financial information in order to facilitate communication, negotiation and transactions. We cannot guarantee the privacy or security of your information and therefore we encourage you to evaluate the privacy and security policies of your trading partner before entering into a negotiation, transaction and choosing to share your information.
8.2 You agree to use user information only for:
the Site's transaction-related purposes that are not unsolicited commercial messages;
using services offered through the Site, or
the purpose of communicating, negotiating with the user in order to provide the goods or services stated in the relevant Buyer Ads and Seller Ads or
other purposes that a user expressly chooses.
9. Cookies -
9.1 We use "cookies" (small files placed on your hard drive) on certain pages of the Site to help analyze our web page flow, customize our services, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety.
9.2 A few important things you should know about cookies are that:
" We offer certain features that are only available through the use of cookies.
" We use cookies to help identify you and maintain your signed-in status.
" Most cookies are "session cookies," meaning that they are automatically deleted from your hard drive at the end of a session.
" You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, although doing so may interfere with your use of the Site.
" You may encounter cookies from third parties on certain pages of the Site that we do not control. (For example, if you view a web page created by another user, there may be a "cookie" placed by that web page.)
10. No spam, spyware or spoofing -
We and our users do not tolerate spam. Make sure to set your OhIget notification preferences in the OhIget Classified Account so we communicate to you as you prefer. You are not licensed to add other OhIget Classified users, even a user who has purchased an item from you, to your mail list (email or physical mail) without their express consent. To report OhIget Classified related spam or spoof emails to OhIget, please forward the email to service@ohiget.com. You may not use our communication tools to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate OhIget Classified User Agreement. We do filter and automatically scan messages before they are sent for viruses and other illegal or prohibited content but do not permanently store email messages sent through these tools. If you send an email to an email address that is not registered in our community (via Refer a Friend or other tool), we do not permanently.
11. Account Protection -
Your password is the key to your account. Use unique numbers, letters, and special characters and do not disclose your OhIget Classified password to anyone. If you do share your password or your personal information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify OhIget Classified at service@ohiget.com and change your password.
12. Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Personal Information -
You can see, review and change most of your personal information by logging into the Site. Generally, we will not manually modify your personal information because it is very difficult to verify your identity remotely. You must promptly update your personal information if it changes or is inaccurate. Once you make a public posting, you may not be able to change or remove it. Upon your request, we will close your account and remove your personal information from view as soon as reasonably possible, based on your account activity and in accordance with applicable law. We do retain personal information from closed accounts in order to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our OhIget Classified User Agreement, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.
13. Security -
Your information is stored on our servers located in the Malaysia. We treat data as an asset that must be protected and use lots of tools (encryption, passwords, physical security, etc.) to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure. However, as you probably know, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, and other users may abuse or misuse your personal information that they collect from the Site. Therefore, although we work very hard to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will always remain private.
14. General -
We may amend this Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. All amended terms automatically take effect 14 days after they are initially posted on the Site.
We may suspend the Seller or Buyer from using our service, if we find that the Seller or Buyer has violated any terms of this Policy.
OhIget Classified Ads Posting Policy
OhIget Classified Definition List shall form part of this Policy. Please refer to OhIget Classified Definition List for explanation of the meaning of certain words below.
This Policy is incorporated into and form part of OhIget Classified User Agreement.
By using our services, you are deemed to have to agree to obey this Policy:
Period of Posting -
You are allowed to post your Ads for a minimum period of 7 days and maximum period of 180 days. You may elect to post your Ads for a shorter period. You may re-activate if needed.
Information in the Ads -
You shall ensure that all the information provided by you MUST be genuine, true and accurate. We can not tolerate any false or dummy information. Contact provided by you must be reachable.
NO SALE Advertising should post under Buyer Ads -
User shall not post sale ad to promote item or service that they are selling in Buyer Ads. (Seller, however, can post their ads under Post Seller Ads ). We cannot tolerate user abusing such free posting service. As such, we will remove immediately those items which are inconsistent with the spirit of this Site without prior notice to you and will take stringent action against such person, including forbidding such person to post any thing in this Site.
No Spam -
We allow user to post multiple ads but not spam. Those ads must have different content.
Illegal Ads Posting -
You shall NOT post request that:
promote sexually explicit materials (pornography)
promote violence
promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
promote illegal activities
otherwise violate intellectual properties rights
is offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive
by posting it will violate the laws of Malaysia
We reserve our right to remove any of your posting which is inconsistent with the spirit in above and/or any posting which we deem unfit without notification and without giving reason to you.
Item With Misleading Price or Misleading Title -
Any item with misleading price and title will be removed. Example, posting a Buyer Ads for a good working condition car with Expected Price of USD1.00, in actual fact, it is impossible to buy a car with USD1.00. This is to prevent mischief posting.
General -
We may amend this Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on the Sites. All amended terms automatically take effect 14 days after they are initially posted on the Site.
We may suspend you from using our service, if we find that you have violated any terms of this Policy.
OhIget Classified Fees and Credit Policy
OhIget Classified Definition List shall form part of this Policy. Please refer to OhIget Classified Definition List for explanation of the meaning of certain words below.

By using our services, you are deemed to have to agree to obey this Policy:
1. OhIget Classified is a free service now.
2. We reserve right to amend this Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on the Sites. All amended terms automatically take effect 14 days after they are initially posted on the Site.
OhIget Classified Submit Web Url Policy
OhIget Classified Definition List shall form part of this Policy. Please refer to OhIget Classified Definition List for explanation of the meaning of certain words below.
This Policy is incorporated into and form part of OhIget Classified User Agreement.
By using our services, you are deemed to have to agree to obey this Policy:
Period of Posting -
You are allowed to submit your web url for a minimum period of 90 days and maximum period of 2 years. You may elect tosubmit your web url for a shorter period. You may re-activate if needed.
Website Accessible -
You shall ensure that all the information provided by you MUST be genuine, true and accurate. We can not tolerate any false or dummy information. Url provided by you must be accessible.
No Spam -
We allow user to post maximum 3 web urls but not spam. Those web page must have different content and page title must relevance with your web page content.
Illegal Web Url Submitting -
You shall NOT write any content that:
promote sexually explicit materials (pornography)
promote violence
promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
promote illegal activities
otherwise violate intellectual properties rights
is offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive
